okay day.

good:

  • got a small drink
  • didn’t eat chips
  • resisted a giant donut
  • worked out in the morning, even though i had to drag myself out of bed
  • doing 500 jumping jacks + 100 crunches to make up for a really big lunch

bad:

  • bought a drink when it probably wasn’t necessary
  • ate a giant banh mi thit
  • ate some donut holes

okay day.

good decisions:

  • worked out even though it was like 7 o clock
  • ate one quail, and just one
  • didn’t binge on trail mix
  • drank 1.5 L

bad decisions

  • ate pizza (at least it was thin crust)
  • searched out for trail mix
  • didn’t work out in the morning
  • didn’t do that extra pilates vid

ok so im kinda nervous about posting this as my before pic is horrendous (as they always are)
this is me from april to may, gone from 128 to 122 not a massive loss in pounds but iv lost quite a few inches!
clean eating, no junk and running a few times a week!
hope you guys like them, I’m super motivated right now! day 3 of insanity today!!!!
